Amazing location

Superbly friendly staff. Outstanding views of the mountains. - Spotless bathroom. - Exceptionally comfortable beds

The staff at the front desk was so nice ,and was able to tell me were I needed to go and how to get there.

The one night were there we found that are two bed room condo had roaches and needless to say I did not sleep well that night.

This venue has an amazing view of the mountains and the rooms are clean, making for a fantastic three-day mini vacation.

The pool here is great, the rooms are clean and perfect with a spa bath, and there are plenty of goodies for breakfast.

It was so nice and clean. My family felt sweet and warm southern hospitality. The manager was knowledgable for local attractions and information which was really helpful. Hotel was so quiet and clean, made us feel like home. I highly recommed this place.

The location was decent and pleasant, for example, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies was relatively close to the hotel. The staff were helpful and amazing and assisted me greatly. Booked a room with particularly nice views of the mountain.

This place has a great location close to a grocery store, and we always enjoy staying in these neat rooms with a spa bath whenever we come back.

Needs to up grade TV's

The room here is very spacious and tidy, the bed is comfortable, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

The room was very quaint and comfortable. It had a full size fridge and fireplace. The hot tub was very nice and romantic. Staff were very helpful with information on local interests and happenings. They accomodated our late arrival beautifully and were pleasant and friendly.

I did not like that there was an extra fee that was not mentioned when I booked the room. When we went to pay we were told that there was an additional fee due for cleaning. When we booked we were given a "total price" which we thought was "total"

The room had a good be at home feeling. It was a comfortable setting.

Had to walk down 72 steps from hotel to get to the street and then walk 10 minutes to the main street.

We had a great time staying here! the hotel was really clean, and the staff were super friendly and awesome. the location was convenient, just a short walk away from all the touristy spots. 🌟

Bed was very uncomfortable. Did not get any sleep due to uncomfortable bed and people upstairs running and making noise.
